Your order for custom water bottles can be placed simply by emailing your
requests or placing a call . Because each order is different,
pricing can only be obtained by working out the specifications
with Spring Valley. There are several programs available, depending
on quantity, type of bottle requested and whether your order will be
a "one-time only" order or a recurring order. With the exception of
Custom Glass with "Etching" the minimum order is 2 cases (24 bottles
per case).

Glass Bottles can be ordered with custom labels as well.
Please view the various types of custom bottles on our site
and contact us with your request. We will reply within 48 hours.
When you contact us, make sure to ask for quote and/or art
specification form. Please send us any necessary camera-ready
artwork or photos with your order.
A 50% deposit is required upfront. Once final payment has been
confirmed order will ship. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping
and handling will be applied. A Purchase Order
is required for Corporate & Business orders. A color proof and contract
will be mailed to you, and upon written approval, your order for custom
water bottles will be processed. If order is cancelled after approval,
but before delivery, you will be responsible for all artwork,
sample charges and any completed work. There are NO Returns or Refunds on
custom label orders, unless order was damaged during delivery. A completed
form from the delivery service will be necessary to obtain a refund.
Spring Valley Specialties has

process a fast and easy one. Most custom label orders can be shipped within
3-4 weeks .
